At MySchoolShop.me, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your order had free delivery, an additional AED 20 will be charged for return collection.
Alternatively, you may visit the store for returns. For store details, please contact our customer support team.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size or defective items within 3 days.
